DTV CONVERSION DRAWS NEAR
As you no doubt know by now, the digital television conversion is coming in February. Unfortunately, not everyone gets it.

We at AZPM recently aired a 1/2 hour special about it and will be providing lots more info along the way, but someone did a great parody of how all the tech talk appears to some people. Click the video below to watch, but remember, it's all in fun.
Okay, now for the seriousness...
__DTV Road Show Making a Stop at the Fourth Avenue Street Fair__ Look for Arizona Public Media and the DTV Road Show at the Fourth Avenue Street Fair, December 12, 13 and 14. The DTV Road Show features a team of “DTV Answers Ambassadors” working next to a 20 foot truck resembling a giant television and scrolling information about the digital transition. Consumers are invited to visit the area, which will have a variety of displays and games that entertain and educate. Visitors are encouraged to participate in activities, including the interactive spin wheel, where each spin of the wheel ends with a prize. In addition to the activities, there will be television kiosks displaying before and after views of a broadcast signal in analog and in the new digital format. Television viewers can see first hand the benefits of the switch to digital television.
